THE SOLUTION

by Jack Bowman                January 2002

The problem is Capitalism but it is more than that.  It is that we, the people of the United States of America, are socialist and try to live as socialist.  However, We are controlled by Capitalist.  Since Capitalist will always abuse, then the people of the United States of America will always be abused.

There are solutions to the abuse of a Capitalist System.  The obvious one is just the Overthrow of the Capitalist system by peaceful Revolution.  I doubt that this will happen because the Capitalist System is in control of the media and will not allow the people enough information to resist.

If we look at the overthrow of the Communist System in Russia we can see that it had an incredibly small amount of violence.  I was surprised.  But then I was conditioned by the Capitalist State as to how suppressive the Communist were when in reality the very nature of Communism is kind to the masses.  The very nature of Capitalism is the opposite.  It is cruel and suppresses the poor.

Capitalism has to control the poor in order to economically enslave them.  Therefore, the true, non violent solution is to eliminate the control, or at least cut it back.

We, as Americans, are conditioned to believe that we have the best judicial system in the world when in fact we have the poorest.  We imprison more people (per 10,000 citizens) than any other country in the industrial world.  We imprison more Black people (per 10,000 citizens) than South Africa did during Apartheid.  I have heard, several times, lawyers say that the proof that our judicial system works is that some one on death row, or imprisoned for life, was found innocent after spending ten to twenty or so years in prison or on death row. They claimed that this is proof the system works?  What kind of fools do they think we are?  When someone spent 20 years or so in prison for a crime they didn't commit, our judicial system works?

We must take the power away from the judges and attorneys.  To do this is simply eliminate half the laws.  Eliminate half the judges.  Eliminate half the police.  Eliminate half the prisons.  Eliminate all drug laws and make it legal to buy and own any, and I mean any, drug without having to go to your Doctor.  Free half, or more, of the prisoners that are currently in prison. Eliminate all censorship of word or image and this includes "yelling fire in a crowded theater".  How on earth people accepted that Supreme Court judges decision without seeing the repercussions is totally beyond me.  You either have to accept that some fool will yell "fire" or you, yourself will be a fool forever because you allowed others to keep knowledge from you.

The power of Capitalism lies in the fact that we allow these Capitalist butt lickers (kissing butt is how they got their position) to control our lives by use of the gun.  If the laws are reduced then their power is reduced and freedom will begin to take its course.  I assure you that if we Americans were really free we would not choose Capitalism because the freedom will allow all to see it for what it really is.  Those in control already see it for what it really is.  They are just not telling.
