The child and spousal support system in Miami County Ohio is one of the most Jackbooted Capitalist organizations I have ever encountered. Capitalism follows its normal course of breaking up the family ties so it can better enslave each individual. The courts have a tendency to give the female custody and the females have a tendency to use the courts to have a lifetime income from the Father.
My X-wife worked like 6 hours a day during the last ten years or so of our marriage.. I had encouraged her to get a regular job so the family would have more money. She was qualified, and could have, but she refused to. She was in charge of the family finances (meaning, I like most men give her most of the money from my pay check (because in my case and I assume many others she claimed she was better at dealing with it). Then during the divorce proceedings the court said that my income was hers and that the difference between hers and mine I owed her. So here I had been for 21 years, working my life away for the family so she could have a hobby job and the court punished me and praised her for refusing to dedicate her self to the family. A couple years before the divorce/disillusionment I had developed mild systemic lupus. I had chronic fatigue, Raynaud's Syndrome, and my liver function was lower than normal. It is a logical assumption that this lupus was caused by the stress of working as an Art teacher in a capitalist school system, Piqua City Schools, Piqua Ohio. I spent the last hour of my last contract day, after 28 years of dedication to my students, dealing with a grievance against Piqua City Schools.
| A little over a year after the divorce I had
a heart attack that required multiple bypasses. I am convinced that
the Capitalist State, by making the laws to where a female spouse can
financially abuse the male spouse, was a major contributor.
After I retired. The Child/spousal support agency had no income to subtract from so I had a meeting with them on December 27 in Troy Ohio. Shingles are caused by a latent Chicken Pox virus and usually occurs between ages 65 and 80. It is usually activated by stress. The photo at the right is me with the Shingles the day of the meeting. There is no doubt in my mind that the stress of having to deal with the Capitalist leaders caused the Shingles. And seven years earlier than normal. In other words the Capitalist system caused the disease to activate. I went to the meeting with three points of fact that I did not owe my x-wife the $1000 or so they claimed I did. Incredibly she did not make the claim. It was the Child Support Agency that made the claim. I was not aware that Capitalist collecting agencies were so self serving. But of course an abusive Capitalist system never ceases to surprise me. |

The three issues that I brought up were:
1. The paper they sent me said they would set up a hearing within 14 days and it had been over 31 days. If the state does not have to obey the rules then I do not have to obey them. Therefore any claim they have to my money is invalid
2. The divorce papers said that my wife could not get money from my pension and that was now all that I had.
3. My x-wife was suppose (according to the divorce/disillusionment papers) to send my daughter to college and I was suppose to pay the $41,000 or so for my son and she was not doing it. I presented cancelled checks proving that I had supported my, now adult daughter, while she was in college, this past year because my wife just would not.
The person we were meeting with was a lawyer and even though he didn't say it, it was obvious in my mind, he had only one intent and that was to get the money from me to give to her. He appeared not interested in any justice that may be involved.. He asked at one time "Why I paid the money at all?" I told him because he controlled the police that had the guns and they would hunt me down and kill me if I didn't give them my money. His response was that he doesn't think anyone has been killed for not paying spousal support. His answer to #1 was something to the effect "big deal, the state can do can do anything it wants" #2 was that the statement, though very clear to me, and my previous attorney had said directly "she did not get the retirement", it didn't mean that. #3 was that it wasn't part of the divorce/disillusionment that basically all that counted was that I had to give her $400 a month from my retirement. He actually picked the parts from the divorce/disillusionment papers that he wanted and he only wanted one. The quantity of money and how long and when.
NOTE: I did pay all the child support until my daughter graduated. The money involved here was spousal support. The agencies are linked together and your bank account can be raided, Your income tax refunds confiscated (mine were), and you can be arrested and sent to prison for spousal support as well as child support.
In essence the Capitalist State is determined to destroy the Family and has no qualms whatsoever to use the judicial system to kill off those that resist. In my case they kill me by stress that activated the diseases. But it would not bother them at all to put a bullet through my heart to maintain their abusive power. In fact there is no difference, except disease is more painful.
